So we clearly state the management rules to gather, use, provide and/or set aside personal information etc., so as to manage personal information in an appropriate way. If we gather personal information from our customers, we clearly state the purpose of gathering and contact of our company etc. and we gather personal information only within a necessary range.

Unless otherwise requested legally etc., we do not disclose and/or provide third parties with personal information without prior consent from customers. If we need to provide our subcontractors with customers’ personal information, we manage our subcontractors to protect personal information together with the non-disclosure agreement etc. and the subcontractors manage personal information in an appropriate way.
